FAQ

How does the store work?

I’m using SquareSpace engine to make sure your transaction is 100% secure. SquareSpace is a powerful engine using secure systems used by thousands of brands including HBO or Lyft to mention some examples, I don’t even get to see the payment information, just the shipping and product purchase details. You can rest easy, your data is safe.

What’s your return policy?

Unless there’s something exceptional like a damaged photograph due to poor shipping, there’s no returns.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now the store only operates within the US, Once I find other print labs that offers fair shipping rates, I will update it to ship internationally.

Why not shipping to Mexico since you’re there?

Unfortunately since I don’t own a printer to do it in-house, I use ProDPI Lab services to get the best possible print and ship it directly to my customers. Right now I’m working to find a print lab in Mexico that helps me keep the highest quality while keeping the shipping costs as low as possible. This is my priority and hope to bring a solution soon!

Can I buy another photo not in the print collection, from your instagram for example?

Totally, you can even hire me to shoot an event for your team or brand, but you need to contact me to figure it out all details, feel free to reach me at my social channels or email.

Does the photo comes signed?

To keep shipping costs low and to make sure you get the print as soon as possible, the print once gets made it gets shipped from the lab to your address, so I can’t sign it personally. However, I made a handmade seal, famously seen in Japanese prints like ukiyo-e that is printed on the white border of the photograph along with the print number. The seal is unique to each year collection.

Can I purchase the digital Hi-Res file?

Yeah but I will treat it as a commercial usage since you can use that file to print anything and use it to give it to sponsors and such, I seen it too many times. Contact me asking for the specific file.

How about a Low-res version for social media usage?

Not interested in that, just download the file from where you saw it, it’s all good. Maybe send a tip as a thank you.
